Knower

Thom Gill (he/him) is a freelance music person based in Toronto for the last twenty years, but usually touring around with Sam Amidon, KNOWER, Beverly Glenn Copeland, Joseph Shabason, Fievel is Glauque, Martha Wainwright and many more. Last year he spent a lot of time on the road with La Force, KNOWER, and one of his own bands, Bernice (check them out).

This past year he can be heard on Sam Wilkes’s ‘iiyo iiyo iiyo : live in Japan’, Fievel is Glauque’s ‘Rong Weicknes’, and with Se So Neon on Stones Throw’s Hosono House Revisited, among many others!

His solo efforts began in 2009 and since then have been capricious and spazzy, ranging from bubbly synth-funk to morose chanting. You can find him at the bar.
